The Western Approach Road has the look of a new city, it's all big new glass fronted buildings. This is the heart of the financial district with buildings for Standard Life, Clydesdale Bank, Scottish Widows, Exhibition Centre and the Sheraton Hotel. Once you turn this corner however your driving right towards the Castle and a completely different century's architecture.
